Which data
Your Leronis contact may create a contact record: name, optional email and phone, language, audience (client/partner), status, manually confirmed contact time and channel, and a short note. For your personal link only events are stored: link opened, PDF requested, transfer complete or incomplete, click on a shared video link (not viewing), each with a timestamp.
Purpose and access
The data is used only to provide materials to you and to organise follow-up. The portal operator has central access to all contacts and events of all leaders; each leader sees only their own contacts. There is no marketing analysis or profiling; this notice does not imply consent to marketing.
Limits of the events
An event only shows that a request was made with your link. It does not prove that you personally read the document: links can be forwarded or opened by automated programs (e.g. security scanners).
What is not stored
No IP addresses, no device or browser identifiers, no cookies, no tracking pixels and no third-party analytics.
Retention and deletion
Link events are removed after 90 days by a daily automatic deletion. Contact records are kept until the operator or the responsible leader deletes them; their links and events are deleted with them and the links stop working. Personal links expire after at most 14 days and can be revoked at any time.
Service providers
The portal and its database run on Lovable Cloud, which is based on Supabase infrastructure. These providers process the data as technical service providers.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, and you can object. Please use the email address above or contact your Leronis contact.
Leader access requests
Anyone requesting access via /zugang-anfragen submits first and last name, email address, optionally a phone number, a short text about their network and background, and a preferred language. The sole purpose is deciding on access; the only recipient is the operator, leaders cannot see requests. The email address is not verified on submission. Open requests are deleted no earlier than 90 days after receipt, rejected ones no earlier than 90 days after the decision; deletion happens on the next new request or the next time the operator opens the inbox (no daily automatic deletion); approved ones remain until the operator deletes them. For abuse limits only a hash of the email address is kept for two days, no IP address.
